Catalog description
This course will provide students with an understanding of the importance of exceptional customer service across all touch points to attract and retain customers. Students will gain appreciation of essential customer service skills including: identifying customer needs, developing an attitude of service excellence, providing positive interaction through effective oral, social and non-verbal communication, relationship building, and service recovery of dissatisfied customers. Students will develop strategies to determine how exceptional problem-solving impacts customer satisfaction, business profitability, and employee engagement in the workplace.
