As AI continues to reshape the business landscape, leaders and managers are expected to understand how to use various types of AI, guide their teams through effective implementation, and manage their team’s use and output. This course is designed for managers or those striving to be in management roles who want to move beyond basic AI use and begin leading AI-driven initiatives in their departments or organizations. Participants will explore how to assess, implement, and optimize AI technologies that align with the strategic goals of the organization or department they are leading. Topics include building responsible governance frameworks, developing AI-literate teams, managing change in AI-integrated environments, and supervision strategies. Through case studies, guided practice, and hands-on real-world applications, participants will gain the insight and tools needed to confidently implement and lead the use of AI in a rapidly evolving digital workplace
