Working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a concept of the future; it’s part of how we work today and has become an essential skill for professionals in various industries. In this introductory course, you will learn to confidently use different AI tools and platforms thoughtfully, effectively, and ethically within a professional setting. Designed for those new to AI, this course explains core concepts and principles, enabling you to use different AI tools to increase productivity and effectiveness in the workplace. This course also provides hands-on experience using AI to support essential workplace activities, including communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration. This course will also focus on ethical considerations and practical application that will equip participants with the knowledge and confidence to become informed, capable users of AI in the workplace and prepared to adapt to ongoing digital updates.
