Catalog description
This course gives students hands-on research experience under the supervision of a faculty mentor. Students will collaborate on ongoing research projects, contributing to various stages of the research process, including literature review, study design, data collection, data analysis, and manuscript preparation. The course is designed to enhance students' understanding of empirical research methods, data analysis techniques, and the application of evidence-based practices in clinical psychology. Students will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills while gaining practical experience in addressing real-world psychological questions.
