This capstone course enabling students to implement and evaluate an evidence-based project addressing a healthcare delivery issue. Students lead interprofessional teams through change processes, apply transformational and inclusive leadership strategies, and integrate population health, quality, and safety principles. (Seminar and practicum: 90 practicum hours.)
