Catalog description
This course is designed as an introduction to the fundamental concepts of music theory, including music reading, note recognition, scales, key signatures, chords and harmony. This course is taught as a preparatory course to remedy deficiencies in the areas of music theory and therefore is perfect suitable for both non-music majors and music majors with little to no background in music theory.
