This course is designed to inform, challenge and demonstrate fundamental leadership definitions, theory, skills, styles, approaches and application in a variety of educational settings. Included in the course are leadership models and case studies relevant to today's and future leadership in higher education. The doctoral or 800-level version of this course focuses on theory and research that prepares students for future research and senior-level positions at a variety of higher educational settings.
