Catalog description

This course introduces students to foundational research methods, statistics, and outcomes relevant to clinical practice and program review. The course emphasizes research literacy, ethics, and the role of evidence-based practice in healthcare. Students will explore quantitative, qualitative, and action research approaches, data collection, evaluation, literature review, and knowledge translation to disseminate research findings. Through case studies, practical assignments, and collaborative projects, students will learn to apply research principles to improve healthcare delivery and program outcomes.
