Prerequisite(s): Upper-level standing. To introduce students to the topic of stress and its impact on their lives; further, to develop behavioral skills in which to deal healthfully with the impact of a technological society. The second half of the class will devote itself to topics and activities that relate to feelings of positive self-worth and psychosomatic wellness.
