Catalog description
Prerequisite(s): Two of the following classes are required as prerequisites: THEO 7340, 7370, 7371, 7372, 7373, or advanced standing in Christian Scriptures and one upper-level Christian Scriptures course. An exploration of both the theological and practical questions regarding the nature and practice of preaching. Attention is focused upon the preparation and delivery of sermons in light of the biblical text, the congregation, the culture and the faith experience of the preacher.
