Prerequisite(s): BIO 1305; [HED 2420 and 2421] or BIO 3322 or [BIO 2401 and 2402]; CHE 1301, [CHE 1341 or CHE 3332]; NUTR 3288; and a minimum grade of C in NUTR 2351. In-depth study and proficiency testing of the nutrition care process, medical vocabulary, medical records, clinical math, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
