Prerequisite(s): MGT 3305. The internship provides a framework for Management or Human Resource Management students to assess personal growth objectives, learn strengths and weaknesses in an organizational context, develop professional maturity, enhance their value proposition to employers, and evaluate and clarify career choices and directions. An application is required, and approved internships tend to be paid relevant to the student's MGT or HRM major.
