Catalog description

Prerequisite(s): Only open to BBA students. This course equips students with the essential skills for a successful career in consulting and success in MGT 4355 (Management Consulting). Through real-world examples, interactive discussions, and hands-on activities, students will develop critical thinking, strategic analysis, program organization, sales skills, and client management expertise. Emphasis is placed on team dynamics, career management, and the execution of consulting projects. The course fosters student engagement through class discussions, group activities, and team presentations, ensuring practical application of concepts in client service situations. BBA students must have a declared major to enroll in this course.
