Prerequisite(s): ME 3321. Introduction to vectors and tensors, deformation and stress in fluids, kinematics of fluid flows, conservation laws, Navier-Stokes equations, energy equation, introduction to computational fluid dynamics (CFD), introduction to vorticity dynamics and selected topics in compressible fluid flow.
