Catalog description

Cross-listed as: BL 4345 Prerequisite(s): Upper-level standing. A practical introduction to the regulatory requirements that firms must fulfill to participate in international trade. The course will survey the role of trade compliance in the operations of international firms, an overview of U.S. export and import regulatory regimes and agencies, discussion of selected case studies, and information on the additional requirements for a career in global trade compliance.
