Catalog description
Prerequisite(s): HHPR majors only; juniors and seniors only. This course will examine evidence-based coping strategies relevant to health, human performance and well-being in many different settings. Settings would range from coaching, participation in sport, basic job demands, sport medicine, or similar fields. Students will develop personal and professional strategies for managing stress, promoting resilience both in their lives and in the lives of those with whom they will be working with specific to these areas.
