Catalog description

Prerequisite(s): ENV 1101, 1301, and CHE 3331. An introduction to the chemistry of soil, water, and air, and the sources, fate, and transport of environmental pollutants. Topics include applications of chemistry to remediation and waste minimization. Open to students with diverse backgrounds. Credit or concurrent enrollment in ENV 3387 is required to enroll in ENV 3187 Environmental Chemistry Laboratory.
