Catalog description

Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of C in ECO 3306. Interrelationship of microeconomic theory and the law. The course looks at both the effects of law on economic activity and the effects of economic forces on the development of the law. Particular areas of law that will be discussed include property, contracts, torts, and procedure.
