Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing. Detailed review and discussion of laws related to conducting business internationally. Includes examination of Convention of International Sale of Goods and other laws related to contracts, barriers to entry into foreign markets and trade, determination of tariffs, import/export requirements, arbitration, licensing issues, and intellectual property concerns.
