Prerequisite(s): Credit or concurrent enrollment in BIO 2302. Isolation, culture, morphology, and biochemical activities of microorganisms. Aseptic technique, microbiological staining, environmental sampling, and identification of unknown organisms will be covered. Does not count toward a major in Biology.
