Catalog description
Prerequisite(s): ACC 3302 and ACC 3304 with a grade of C or better in each course. A study of partnership accounting practices and the techniques followed to consolidate the financial statements of parent and subsidiary companies. Attention is also given to the distinctive accounting procedures associated with governmental and not-for-profit accounting.
