Gaining a clear understanding of the impact of human resource issues allows students to become more effective when mapping their future career. Specifically, this course explores how human resource professionals develop winning strategies that support legal and ethical issues that impact the organization’s social relationships, tasks, human resource practices in an increasingly diverse and global workforce environment.
