Catalog description

This is the second of a three course series to prepare students for the CompTIA A+ certification exams. Learn the responsibilities and tasks required for an entry level computer service technician to successfully perform in a customer-based environment. Topics include interrelationships between hardware and software at the system level. System components, such as video adapters, mass storage interfaces and input/output ports, are introduced and supported through “hands-on” lab exercises.
