Is a course in which students are introduced to the support of basic Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, including endpoint management, advanced device connectivity troubleshooting, and basic networking. Students configure and support Personal Computer (PC), mobile, and Internet of Things (IOT) device hardware and implement basic data backup and recovery methods.
