Catalog description

Provides a continuation of instruction in the grammatical features of American Sign Language (ASL) and builds on the foundation of skills and knowledge learned in ASLS 102. Students continue to expand their knowledge and comprehension of ASL by using increasingly more complex grammatical structures for describing locations, making suggestions and requests and discussing life events. This course focuses on conversational skills as well as exposure to the Deaf community and its culture
