Provides a comprehensive overview of renewable energies as applied to the HVAC Industry. Topics to include Solar PV. Solar HW, Geothermal HP, wind and other related evolving technologies. Discussion covers the principles of solar home design for both heating and cooling for new and existing construction. Course offered once a year (fall or spring). Prerequisite(s): AIRC 205 , AIRC 210 , AIRC 104 , AIRC 204 or approval of the Program Coordinator or instructor
