Catalog description
This course allows students to work on learning, exploring, cultivating, developing, improving, and expanding their acting skills for use on the university, community theater, or professional (Broadway) stage. The areas explored include team building, sens ory and space awareness, physicalization, vocalization, mime, improvisation, character analysis and development, memorization, blocking and stage business, stage movement, and pre -performance prep. A monologue performance is typically assigned as a final project/exam.
