HONORS CAPSTONE

Catalog description

This course is a synthesis, reflection, and capstone of the Honors students’ Catholic liberal arts education . The central question of this course is: What constitutes a meaningful human life? By engaging with core sources in Catholic theology, classical, medieval, and modern philosophy, and great historical, political, literary, and artistic works of the Western canon, students will reflect especially on how a liberal arts education can help us answer this question and how it is part of the answer. Prerequisites: HONS 101, Honors Program.
