Catalog description
The objective of this course is to offer students a strong working knowledge of the Private Equity and Investment banking industry. We will examine how ethical funds create value for companies, investors and society globally. We will examine the industry from a number of viewpoints including the structure of the industry, the investors, and the techniques and models used to analyze investments. In addition, we will discuss the method used by investors to exit investments. Prerequisites: FINC 350, BUSN 368.
