Catalog description

This basic course in economics addresses both microeconomic and macroeconomic topics. Macroeconomic topics include the determination of national income and the price level; the determinants of economic growth; macroeconomic policy, and international econom ics. Microeconomic topics include consumer demand, theories of production and cost, pricing and output under competitive and non-competitive conditions, and factor usage and pricing. Equivalent to ECON 201 and ECON 202, together. May be waived with permission.
