Catalog description

Provide continuing opportunity to examine the roles of the professional nurse and apply systematic problem solving processes and critical thinking skills. Focuses on the utilization of leadership and management skills in the provision of care to small groups of patients and their families. Includes knowledge, judgment, skills, and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. This course lends itself to either a blocked or integrated approach.
