This course provides an intensive, "under-the-hood" examination of the operational, financial, and safety frameworks required to produce large-scale concerts and multi-day festivals. Students will transition from technical execution to high-level production management, mastering the complexities of venue booking, vendor negotiations, and multi-agency coordination.By the end of the semester, students will have the skills to navigate the "live" environment from the initial site walk-through to the final load-out, ensuring a seamless experience for both the artist and the audience.
