Fire Officer II

Catalog description

Meets the curriculum requirements of the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP) for Fire Officer II certification. This course is designed to meet the needs of the mid-level officer/supervisor. The Fire Officer II course satisfies the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1021, Chapter 5 and provides the tools necessary to obtain certification through the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP), State Firemen�s and Fire Marshals� Association of Texas (SFFMA). Student pursuing an AAS degree in Fire Protection must have an approved degree plan with the instructional program.
