Catalog description

In this course, students will learn more advanced strategies and techniques for writing organized essays. Emphasis is on incorporating more complex sentence structures, paraphrasing, summarizing, and responding to cited academic writing. This is the third course in a series designed to prepare ESOL students to handle the writing tasks they will encounter in college-credit level courses and the workplace.
