In this course, students will learn strategies and techniques for academic writing, moving from the paragraph to the essay. Focus is on the formation of more advanced sentence structures and on content development. This is the second course in a series designed to prepare ESOL students to handle the writing tasks they will encounter in college-credit level courses and the workplace.
