Catalog description

A study of production techniques used in manufacturing. Including concepts related to quality, plant layout, resource planning, line balancing, scheduling, and mass production. This course will also include a study of various materials and the fabrication processes as well as discussions about trends towards smart factories. Course is only open to students admitted to the Bachelor of Applied Technology (BAT) in Manufacturing Engineering Technology program.
