Catalog description

A study of basic fund accounting and financial reporting concepts, applications, and practices for governmental and not-for-profit entities. The course coverage also includes budgeting; transaction analysis; general journal and special journals; journal entries; preparation, use and analysis of financial statements; auditing issues; and recent GASB and FASB pronouncements. Department Chair approval required.
