Leading and Changing in Nursing

Catalog description

Students will integrate leadership principles to make evidence-based decisions and explore systems and processes that impact delivery of care. Students will analyze the various types of leadership and develop a plan for continued resilience and scholarship in nursing practice. Students will apply concepts of problem solving/decision making, effective communications, conflict resolution, delegation, team building, quality improvement to improve outcomes.
