Catalog description

This course prepares students to examine the principles, methods, and dynamics used in long-tenn healthcare. Students will learn the day-to-day responsibilities of long-tetm care administration by exploring major and key departments within the field. Students will learn about the art of communication, execution, and coordination with essential administration entities at various levels. Students will also learn about the multifaceted areas related to long-term care administration's impact on the organization. Students will have exposure to real-world scenaiios and be provided with innovative and accurate education about what is currently occurring in long-term care facilities to better prepare future leaders.
