his course uses critical leadership theory to identify intersectional ways in which marginalization impedes the processes through which relational engagement with people dissimilar from ourselves can occur. The end goal is to create strategies that when used can enhance work practices, policies and procedures to maximize intercultural engagement. Furthennore, this course offer a afe enviranr.nent for participant to pursue th learning. tool and upportive feedback needed to help stimulate confident responses regarding issues related to diversity, eq_uity inclusion and justice in all facets of higher education settings. This issues-centered course is structured such that skill development and growth will occur through individual work and cluster sessions.
