Catalog description

This course is an introduction to the core principles of computer security. Topics include identifying threats, attacks, and vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, developing secure architecture, configuring and managing access control and identity management, executing risk management best practices, understanding cryptographic techniques, hardening of operating systems, and operating within a secure infrastructure. This course prepares students for the CompTIA Security+ exam.
