Catalog description

In this course students will explore a variety of business roles across key industries to gain a broader understanding of potential career paths available to graduates with a degree in Business Administration. Emphasis is placed on the development of career readiness competencies as identified by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), including communication, problem-solving, professionalism, and career management. Through experiential learning activities and self-assessment tools, students will examine current industry trends, functional business areas, and workplace expectations. The course supports students in clarifying their professional interests, identifying relevant career opportunities, and preparing for a successful transition into the workforce.
