Diagnosis of the Head and Spine

Catalog description

This course emphasizes the theory and practical application of orthopedic and neurological assessment and diagnosis for the head and spine. Students will be able to evaluate and diagnose traumatic and chronic head and spine pathologies, as well as concussions using current best practices. Students will be able to select and apply appropriate return to play protocol and reevaluate throughout the process.
