Catalog description

Students enrolled in this course will continue to gain practice with Latin, while also conducting an advanced research or translation project. Readings will be selected from the areas of lyric and elegiac poetry, philosophy and rhetoric, historical prose, comedy, satire, epic, or medieval Latin. Usually offered both fall and spring terms. Prerequisite: Latin 201. Course may be repeated for credit as reading selections will differ each time the course is offered.
