Catalog description
This course is designed for students selected into the Business for Humanity program. The primary goal of this course is to lay a foundation in content and skills critical to productive participation in the BESLA program. A retreat with workshops and seminars on topics including but not limited to vocational discernment, civic discourse, and systems/design thinking is required. Additionally, the course requires active participation in, and thoughtful reflections on, monthly community dinner and dialogue events centered on big questions and important challenges and conflicts commonly faced by individuals during their careers.
