Catalog description

This course is designed to assist the pre-service teacher in developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to assess, plan, and implement successful behavior management programs and strategies in the classroom. The creation of a positive classroom atmosphere in which students will learn and make behavioral choices is stressed. A 25-hour field experience with P-12 students is required in the course. Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 2 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
