Head and Neck Cancer

Catalog description

This course covers head and neck cancer diagnosis, treatment options, side effects of non-surgical and surgical treatments, oral cancer surgeries and reconstruction, laryngeal cancer surgery and reconstruction, total laryngectomy, post laryngectomy, voice rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, swallowing assessment, and treatment of all head and neck cancer diagnoses across the continuum of care. Instruction includes instruction trachs and speaking valves, patient studies, and product samples to support learning.
