This course provides a comprehensive examination of the threats posed by cyberterrorism and cybercrime within the broader context of U.S. and global security. Students will explore the convergence of digital technologies with criminal and terrorist activities, analyzing how these actors exploit cyberspace to disrupt critical infrastructure, undermine public trust, and challenge national sovereignty. The course integrates legal, ethical, operational, and strategic perspectives to prepare students for roles in cybersecurity policy, intelligence, law enforcement, and national defense.
