Prosthodontics Clinic I

Catalog description

In this junior level prosthodontics clinic, the student will examine patients requiring removable prosthodontic care and then design, construct and insert four units of removable prosthodontics, under faculty supervision, by the end of the 8th semester. In addition the student will complete at least one treatment planning board (TPB) competency, one laboratory prescription/work authorization competency, six clinical competency examinations (CE’s) and one occlusion procedure (D9940-Splint, D9951 Limited Occlusal Adjustment, D9952 Complete Occlusal Adjustment).
