Catalog description

Provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate PT interventions based on the examination, evaluation, diagnosis and prognosis of patients with cardiopulmonary and endocrine dysfunction. Wellness and prevention as it relates to cardiopulmonary disease and diabetes mellitus will be studied. Course content is presented in modified problem/case based format and includes small group study, interactive labs, resource and lecture sessions. Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 6 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
